Ashlee Bunkelman, LMA

Lead Laser Technician | Advanced Clinical Training & Shadowing

Ashlee is a nationally certified paramedical aesthetician and Lead Laser Technician at Skin Boss Med Spa, with over 18 years of experience spanning medical spa, dermatology, and plastic surgery settings. She holds some of the highest laser certifications in Michigan and has trained with more than 17 laser companies, working across 80+ technologies.

As a National Laser Trainer for Aerolase and a Chemical Peel Educator for Glytone, Ashlee brings advanced expertise in laser technologies, corrective skin treatments, and combination therapy. Known for her results-driven approach and passion for education, she helps both patients and providers build confidence through a strong understanding of treatment planning and outcomes.

Michelle leads the injectables division at Skin Boss Med Spa and brings over 30 years of patient care experience, including more than 15 years specializing in aesthetic injections. Internationally trained and recognized as one of RealSelf's “Most Loved Injectors,” she is also considered one of Michigan's top Botox providers.

With advanced training in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and PDO threads, Michelle is known for her natural results, patient-first approach, and commitment to safety and education. Her thoughtful consultations and extensive experience make her an exceptional resource for providers interested in gaining real-world clinical insight through provider shadowing opportunities.
